After many home searches, we visited Powell Cove Estates for the first time. We came away from this visit so impressed by the location and construction of the homes with its added benefit of accessibility of public transportation that our decision to buy came rather quickly. Then, as the saying goes, "Buying your first home is indeed an anxiety provoking process." However, the professionalism of the sales staff led by Ms. Susan Curtin has helped allayed much of it for us.

It has been two months past since we closed and moved to our home and some problems did prop up. But we do commend the quick and ample response of the management staff in addressing these issues. Already, a number of our friends have come to visit the sales office of Powell Cove and we would continue to recommend this place to them.
